EA hunting for 'spokesmodels'

Electronic Arts has announced a competition for female petrol heads complete with 10,000 euro prize pot.?

The aim is to find a new female face for the Need For Speed franchise. The competition begins with a UK regional competition, which can be entered at?ukspokesmodel.needforspeed.com.?

EA says it is looking for "two women with boundless energy, outgoing personality and an edgy style fused with a passion for cars and gaming." If you think you fulfil that criteria get entering! Even if you don't make it to the European finals you can still grab ?1500 worth of entertainment merchandise.

Entries will be picked out by the public, with the top 20 facing a tough track day where driving skills will have to be proven. The top five will then go through to the UK final and onto the European, where the UK winner will be in with a chance of claiming the 10,000 euro prize and entertainment contract.

The winners will act as ambassadors for Need For Speed at various events, including the FIA GT3 championship and Euro drift program. The current model search is taking place in the UK, France, Germany, Norway and Russia.?
