Lyric company Tunezee bought out for new feature
Shazam has announced its first every corporate acquisition, snapping up Silicon-Valley start-up Tunezee - meaning a funky new feature for users of the popular music tagging service.
Shazam LyricPlay has hit the premium Encore version of Shazam, meaning that as well as being able to tag tunes on the go, Shazamers can also now see the lyrics to a particular tune in real-time when listening to the song. It's like a Karaoke machine in your pocket.
