Gingerbread device release details
Fandroids looking to get their hands on the HTC Sensation in the UK have just over two weeks to wait as Vodafone has revealed that monster mobile will be available from 19 May.
Vodafone has exclusive rights to the once-labelled Pyramid handset, and will be offering it for free on ?35, 24 month price plans which get you 900 minutes, unlimited texts and 750MB of mobile data.
The HTC Sensation is a Gingerbread device, packing Android 2.3.3, with HTC's Sense 3.0 over the top. It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 768MB of RAM.
It boasts an 8-megapixel camera with 1080p video recording and has a display that is 4.3-inches, 960x540 pixels.
In short, it's a heavyweight HTC handset that is sure to get Fandroid's pulses racing. Roll on 19 May....
