Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 (T-Mobile)
The Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 has a 3-inch, 320 x 480 HVGA, capacitive touchscreen and a 600MHz processor running Android 1.6 means you're looking at very much an entry level Android handset. The deal will give you 300 minutes of free calls, 300 texts and 500MB internet for ?15.32 a month over 24 months.

Apple iPhone 4 16GB (3 Mobile)
The follow-up to the 3GS has seen its fair share of critics, but it remains a superb smartphone, with a decent camera and all the apps you could possibly want. HTC HD7 (O2)
